At Boarding Gate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
